Tim Dilworth is a fifth generation Builder and has been providing high quality construction to customers on the Main Line and Philadelphia for 37 years. Ben, Tim's son, is the sixth generation to study building.

Our construction experience includes Residential Renovations & Additions, Estates, Institutional & Commercial projects. Tim’s work has received local and national recognition and has been published numerous times including Architectural Digest.

Building Envelope Restoration (Stucco Remediation & Moisture Infiltration) is a prime focus of our business.

Dilworth Building Company was an absolute pleasure to work with during our master bath remodel. Dilworth Builders served as the General Contractor for renovations to a house we purchased in late 2014.  We had plans to move into the home in March.  Tim Dilworth was proactive in generating and updating timelines for various contractors to replace windows, upgrade heating, electric, painting, stucco, siding, etc. We were most impressed with the management of the project and how really nice and accommodating his subcontractors were. There was slight hesitation in using a casual friend to manage the renovations - sometimes it’s best not to mix friendship with business, but Tim and his crew were very impressive and professional.  We are so happy with having Tim oversee the renovations and all the attention to detail.
